1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and AIOTECH Labs Inc., carrying on business as EVstrike Analytics and operating under the EVstrike brand (“EVstrike”, “Company”, “we”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you.
  • You must not have been previously suspended.

3. Gambling Disclaimer

EVstrike is an informational and analytical tool only. We do not operate a sportsbook, accept wagers, or facilitate gambling transactions.

  • No guarantee of profit or accuracy.
  • All betting decisions are made at your own risk.
  • Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

You are solely responsible for any financial losses resulting from betting activity.

4. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security.
  • You may not share your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled.

Cancellation

  • Access continues until the end of billing period.
  • No prorated refunds.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

  • No scraping or automated extraction.
  • No resale or redistribution.
  • No bypassing restrictions.
  • No reverse engineering.
  • No illegal use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by AIOTECH Labs Inc. You are granted a limited license to use the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including Stripe, Supabase, SendGrid, Railway, and Microsoft Clarity for product analytics). We are not responsible for their availability or accuracy. See our Privacy Policy for details on how each provider processes your data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING FINANCIAL LOSSES FROM BETTING ACTIVITY.

LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 OR AMOUNTS PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate access at any time. Certain sections survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick, Canada.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
